The above note was sent to me by a nice man who has just completed the West Virginia requirements for obtaining a bioptic driver's permit.  West Virginia is one  of the many states that issues a special driver's license to people with low vision, allowing them to drive while wearing bioptic telescopic glasses.  Once the person obtains the bioptics and meets the vision requirements they are required to complete a bioptic drivers training program given by the WV Department of Rehabilitation.

Mark has been working toward getting into the program for months and has now accomplished his goal.  He has the bioptic license.  I am very happy for Mark.  This will make his life a lot easier and more enjoyable.  Congrats Mark.
