Each person who comes to me for help with their vision is a new challenge, a new mystery to be solved.  I find that fascinating.  After more than 50 years of practicing optometry, I still find it satisfying and fulfilling to help people see the very best that they are capable of.  I love doing that, especially for people with impaired vision who have been told that nothing will help. That's what energizes me and gets me up and going in the morning. 

Each person has different diagnoses, different remaining vision, different goals, different expectations, different personalities.  But they all want the same thing, to be able to see the very best that they are capable of so they can lead more normal, fulfilling lives.  I appreciate their trust in me and take my obligation to help them very seriously.
